We have been running an international mail order service for many years.
Many of our items are on Gemm, who have a secure server for accepting credit
cards:
Once you know what you want open an email to us (double click on the email
address), highlight the text (scroll holding the button on your mouse down)
on our pages and copy (control/apple+c) and paste (control/apple+v) the records
from our pages into the email. intoxica@intoxica.co.uk

Major credit cards accepted (3 % surcharge on AMEX &
Diners Club).
You can either contact us with your details directly,
or use Paypal (please note the following conditions regarding PayPal...):
- If you use PayPal and are ordering from outside the UK we must agree a total
price in dollars first (our prices are in UK pounds).

For direct credit card payments we must have (back
to mail order index) :
- Your name as it appears on the card;
- The card number, the expiry date, valid from date (and issue number
for SWITCH cards) and the 3-digit security number;
- The registered address of the card (usually your home address).
- It is more secure to fax or phone your card details to us, but if you must
do it by e-mail, split the card number over more than one message.
For example, send one e-mail with 1234 5678 **** ****, and another e-mail
with **** **** 9012 3456 and the expiry date, but make sure we know who you
are so we can match the two together!
Cheques (back to mail order index)
Please ensure that you enclose your full name and address (including country),
and the record you've ordered, with the cheque!
All cheques made payable to INTOXICA LTD.
Post office cheques and I.M.O.s (International Money Orders) in UK Sterling
Pounds are acceptable.
Personal cheques in UK pounds
For cheques or Money Orders in Euros, or US dollars there will be a handling
charge, so please confirm with us first. Also check the cheque is valid
outside the country you send it from.
Please allow 7 working days for the cheque to clear.
PLEASE check availability of records before sending a cheque.
If UK Sterling Pounds don't mean much, look at the currency converter, then
use the back button on your browser controls to return to Intoxica!
(As a rough indication, at present there are approx. $1.75 dollars to the £1.00.)
We don't accept non-UK currency as a rule, but if you absolutely must pay in
US dollars or Euros, it can be done.
However, the amount must be confirmed with us first, and any concealed cash
is sent at entirely your own risk!
Although the Post Office service is reliable, please note:
- If you choose insured postage it must
be signed for, but there is guaranteed delivery/insurance for losses and breakages.
- Uninsured postage cannot be traced by
the Post Office and as such reimbursement for lost records will not be guaranteed.
If you have bought with a credit card, you might be able to claim on your cards
insurance.
Postage Rates:
- Records are sent out in cardboard mailers with 2 cardboard stiffeners, or
boxed if more than 3 ordered. If you want anything more than this the postage
may be more than specified below.

- If you are ordering more than 3 LPs, or more than 22 singles (i.e. over
2Kg of goods) the rates below may not apply.
- For parcels above 2Kg postage prices will be on a package by package basis
and the price confirmed before shipping.

Mail order can be taken while the shop is open, but you can send faxes &
emails whenever you want.
